Data & account deletion

1. Sign in — the website works the same as the app, no reinstall needed.
2. Open My children (dashboard) and scroll to Account.
3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in, email saisuyashventures@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm and complete the request within [NUMBER] days. Start an email.

• Your login, profile and adult/guardian confirmation
• Child profiles, observations, AI notes and all stored videos
• Child-notes and support chats, session requests
• Community posts, comments, attachments, reports and blocks
• Sharing permissions, coach profile and professional notes you wrote
• Subscription and trial records and in-app events (any active subscription is cancelled first)

• Payment records held by Razorpay — kept by Razorpay under its own legal obligations; we cannot delete them.
• Hosting backups — may contain deleted data until they expire after [BACKUP PERIOD].
• Requests already sent to AI providers — handled under their retention terms [CONFIRM].

You can also delete individual items without closing your account: clips, a child’s profile, posts, or turn on automatic video deletion.
