Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every new account receives a 1-day free trial with full access, including unlimited video analysis. No payment is taken during the trial. If you do not subscribe, your access to analysis features simply ends when the trial ends — there is nothing to cancel and no charge.

• After the free trial, continued access requires a paid monthly subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay, in Indian Rupees.
• The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Plan page in the app. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing: you will not be charged again, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

• No refunds once a monthly subscription is purchased. A completed monthly payment is final and non-refundable, including for partial months, unused time, or forgotten cancellations.
• We encourage you to use the full 1-day free trial to decide whether Aarambh Autism Parenting is right for your family before paying.
• Billing errors: if you were charged twice for the same period, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or charged an incorrect amount, email supportaarambhautismapp@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge with your payment details. Verified billing errors are refunded to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–10 business days.
• Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer law.
