Terms of Service

You must be an adult (18 or older, or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. Parent accounts are for parents, legal guardians and caregivers authorised to provide information about the child. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Aarambh helps you organise observations, notes, activities, memories and resources, and to collaborate with professionals you choose. It provides organisational, educational and support functionality only: it is a parent organisational and note-taking journal, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, screen for or assess autism spectrum conditions or any other condition, measure severity or improvement, or treat conditions or provide emergency services. It is not a substitute for clinical care from a paediatrician, psychologist, therapist or other qualified professional. For urgent concerns contact a qualified healthcare professional or local emergency services.

Some content is generated by AI from the videos and text you provide. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for your child. It is labelled as AI-generated and should be used only to organise your own observations and prepare questions for a professional. Do not rely on it for medical decisions.

Your consent as an authorised adult parent or guardian is required before providing a child’s information. Verifiable parental or guardian consent is required where applicable law demands it. The current sign-up process records your adult/guardian confirmation; it does not independently verify your identity or relationship to the child. Do not upload a child’s information without the required permission. If your jurisdiction requires independent verification, contact us before using the service.

• Only upload content you have the right to share, and that shows children you are responsible for or have permission to record.
• Do not upload recordings of other people’s children or adults without their permission.
• Choose carefully what you share with professionals and the community.

Coaches and mentors are independent professionals, not employees of SAI SUYASH VENTURES. To appear on Aarambh, a professional submits an application; after Aarambh verifies it, the professional is added to the app so parents can contact them directly for additional guidance. A coach badge means Aarambh reviewed the application they submitted. It is not a licence verification or endorsement. Aarambh does not take any responsibility for the guidance a coach provides — parents must make the right decision for their child after consultation.

Video analysis requires the monthly plan (currently ₹999/month, charged in INR by Razorpay) after a 7-day free trial with unlimited analyses. The plan renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time on the Plan page; cancellation stops renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately. Cancellation does not automatically refund payments already made. For a billing error or refund request, email saisuyashventures@gmail.com with the account email and payment details (not card numbers). We review requests individually under applicable consumer law and coordinate any approved refund through Razorpay. No automatic or guaranteed refund is promised here; we will not restrict statutory rights.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process (including with AI service providers) and display it only to provide the service to you and the people you choose to share with. You can delete it at any time.

You must follow the Community Guidelines. Do not harass others, post illegal or harmful content, promote unproven cures, sell products, share other people’s private information, attempt to access other accounts or data, or interfere with the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable. You may stop using Aarambh and delete your account at any time.

The app, its design and educational content belong to us or our licensors. Links to research papers, Google Maps, WhatsApp and other third-party services are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms.

The service is provided with reasonable care but “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on AI output or community content.
